Dia-Log.com provides tools and information for managing diabetes.  It is not to serve as a substitute for establishing a regular physician-patient relationship with a physician in your community.  Dia-log.com is intended for informational purposes only and is not responsible for any uses of entered or supplied information.  Please seek advice from your health care provider before using this site or adjusting any medications due to the use of this site.  

2. PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
